Mushroom Soup

A nice creamy soup

Ingredients

  • 1 1 large punnet mushrooms (claned)
  • 1 litre vegetable stock (use bouillon powder)
  • 2 pints milk
 
 

Method

Chop mushrooms and cook in a pan (with only the water left on from cleaning the mushrooms) for 5 minutes stirring all the time.
Add stock and milk. Heat until soup is simmering.
Liquidise using a blender
