  • 240g self raising flour
  • 110g margarine
  • 110g sugar
  • 2 heaped teaspoons instant coffee
  • 1 egg


Add the sugar to the margarine and beat until creamy. Mix egg and add coffee then add to mixture. Add flour and egg and coffee.

Roll into balls and press flat..

Place on a floured baking tray and bake in a preheated oven Gas 4 for 20 minutes in middle of oven .Cool on a wire tray.
