Fish Pie

  • 500g haddock
  • 1 hard boiled egg
  • 1 packet parsley sauce mix
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 500g potatoes
  • some milk to cook haddock
  • 1 oz grader cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • lemon juice


In a pan cook haddock in a little milk. Make up parsley sauce following instructions on the sauce packet. and add cooked fish.

Slice boiled egg and tomatoes. and prepare, boil and mash the potatoes and season with salt pepper and lemon juice .

Put a layer of mashed potatoes in a greased casserole dish and fill the dish with alternate layers of fish mixture, sliced egg and sliced tomatoes. Finish with a layer of mashed potatoes and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Bake in a prehaeted oven Gas 5 Electric 170C for 30 minutes until piping hot and cheese is melted and brown
