Method Cut meat or liver into very thin strips. and prepaare mushrooms and onions. Brown meat or liver in a pan with a little oil and then remove from the pan. Now add to the pan, onion, mushrooms 1 teaspoon tomato puree and garlic puree. Add 2 tablesponns water and salt and pepper Cover pan and cook for 15 minutes. Remove pan from heat and stir in 2 rounded tablespoons of Diet Fromage Frais then warm gently for 30 seconds stirring all the time. Serve with rice or potatoes and vegetables of your choice |
